A camping food list for the two day menu

If you like the look of the above two day camping menu, then I’ve made things even easier for you with this camping food grocery list. Just check off each item as you shop, or cross through the items you don’t want. Easy! Adjust the volume of things according to the number of people you are feeding and then you’re all set for a weekend of outdoor exploration fuelled by some deliciously yummy camping food that you and your family won’t forget in a hurry


Carbohydrates

  • 2 packs of soft egg noodles (for 4 people)

  • 1 large pack of lightly salted tortilla chips

  • 500g of couscous

  • 500g bag of porridge oats

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Canned food

  • 1 x chopped tomatoes

  • 1 x kidney beans

  • 1 x coconut milk

  • 1 x chickpeas

  • 2 x creamy rice pudding


Seasoning and

  • Salt and pepper

  • Smoked paprika

  • Mixed herbs

  • Nutmeg

  • Cinnamon

  • 3 chicken or vegetable stock cubes

  • Sesame oil

  • Olive oil 

  • Medium curry powder

  • Bunch of Fresh mint

  • 2 red peppers

  • 2 heads of pak choi

  • 2 spring onions

  • 140g button mushrooms

  • Punet of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 romaine lettuce

  • 4 bananas

  • 3 clementines

  • Pack of dates

Dairy and meat

  • 4 pork sausages

  • 4 rashers of bacon

  • 6 eggs

  • Small pot of soured cream

  • 400g cheddar cheese

  • 200g extra-firm tofu

  • 1 bar of milk or dark chocolate

  • 8 pack of muesli bars

  • 1 bag of chocolate chips
